Ask the atelierOur pieces are handcrafted in Kenya and fulfilled from our U.S. warehouse. We ship to the United States and Canada only, with full tracking. Most U.S. orders arrive within 3–7 business days; Canadian orders within 7–12 business days. Canadian customers are responsible for any applicable duties or taxes.
Store pieces flat in a soft pouch away from moisture. Avoid contact with perfumes, lotions, and water. Gently wipe with a soft, dry cloth to keep beads bright.
Spot clean with a slightly damp cloth and mild soap. Allow to air dry completely. Avoid soaking or machine washing — these natural fibres respond best to gentle care.
Every ZuriAfriQ piece is 100% handcrafted by Kenyan artisans. Small variations in color, weave, or beading are part of each item's character and a signature of authentic handwork.
We accept returns on unused items in their original condition within 14 days of delivery. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, and we recommend using a tracked service. Custom and made-to-order pieces are final sale. Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be issued to the original payment method.
